Over the last 10 years Richard Wellsmore from Futurity has assisted my family to source various home loans, which, because of our changing financial circumstances, have not always been a straight forward proposition. Indeed I suspect for anyone else less committed to helping their client, it would have been much simpler to decline to assist, such were the complications.
